Dr. Sarah Bay-Cheng is the Dean of the School of the Arts, Media, Performance & Design and Professor of Theatre & Performance Studies. Her research focuses on the intersections among theatre, performance, and media including histories of avant-garde theatre and film, social media, and digital technologies in performance. Learn more
Brit Johnston is a theatre artist, producer, and community activator from Genabaajing/Serpent River First Nation. She specializes in festival/event production and community engagement best practices. Rooted in her Anishinaabe culture, Brit is passionate about uplifting Indigenous voices and facilitating meaningful connections between artists, organizations, and communities.
Dr. Daniela Rosu is an Expert in the AI field of Knowledge Representation and Reasoning. She will discuss the benefits and challenges of using frameworks like Schema.org and MiLOPA for sharing information in the performing arts industry and outline possible future developments for the initiative.
